How Individual Coaching Works
Being open and vulnerable about your goals and dreams in trainings or other settings at work can sometimes feel a little awkward, especially when those dreams are in their raw form and you don’t know how others will react to them.
Sometimes you need an external trusted space to work through sensitive issues — like how to navigate complex people or systems, sticky problems or your effort to get promoted or seek another job elsewhere.
That’s why our confidential one-on-one video coaching sessions are here to help you safely explore strategies to achieve new levels of performance and fulfillment.
Your First Session
We’ll identify your overarching goals that are most important to you and evaluate what success could look like at the end of your program as well as in the longer term future. We’ll work through questions and reflective practices to help you begin mapping out the mindset, behaviors and tactics that will help you advance.
Follow-Up Sessions

Each session starts with a check-in on what’s working (and what’s not) related to your goal work.

This is followed by about 30 minutes or so of a focused coaching round to dig deeper into what you need to level up. You set the agenda — bringing topics, situations you’d like to prepare for or reflect upon.

Melody coaches with open ended questions, exercises and leadership frameworks to support you in thinking through what shifts you want to make, and what support you’ll need, for addressing the session’s topic.

We’ll close by co-designing action items you’ll implement before your next session.
Coaching Packages
Coaching Packages
For more substantial progress, we recommend a series of sessions held weekly, biweekly, or every three weeks. Larger packages include bonus coaching hours that reduce your per-hour rate and provide more savings.
