Through confidential video coaching sessions conducted one-on-one, you’ll explore strategies to achieve new levels of performance and fulfillment. Each 60-minute session is held online via Zoom, with most clients finding that meeting every week or two creates the ideal pace to see and feel real progress.

We’ll identify your overarching goals and begin mapping the mindset, behaviors and tactics that will help you advance.

 

### Follow-Up Sessions

 

Each session starts with a check-in on what’s working (and what’s not), followed by a 30-minute focused coaching round to dig deeper into what you need to level up. We’ll close by co-designing action items you’ll implement before your next session.

### Individual Coaching Packages

 

For more substantial progress, I recommend a series of sessions held weekly, biweekly, or every three weeks. Larger packages include bonus coaching hours that reduce your per-hour rate:

 

**Eight sessions:** $2,000 | **Bonus:** 1 extra hour  

*9 total hours at $222/hour*

 

**Ten sessions:** $2,500 | **Bonus:** 2 extra hours  

*12 total hours at $208.33/hour*

 

**Twelve sessions:** $3,000 | **Bonus:** 2.5 extra hours
